Each San Clemente Resident who owns a vehicle can obtain a parking permit free of additional charge. Permits can be picked up from UCSB Transportation & Parking Services (805-893-2346 or tps-sales@ucsb.edu). An account needs to be created ahead of time on the UCSB Transportation & Parking Services website.
